Pilates
This class incorporates controlled movements that engages the core, improves posture and strengthens muscle. What to expect? The class is mat based and incorporates a slow and controlled flow of movement and core exercises that develop your strength, flexibility and posture. We focus on a full body balanced approach to each session with the option of adding small equipment to increase resistance too! Regardless of age, ability or fitness level, Pilates is beneficial for everyone!
