Bootcamp at Vibes is a high-energy interval training session that blends bursts of intense activity with lighter recovery moves. Expect a mix of cardio, bodyweight exercises (think push-ups, lunges, crunches), light weights, sprints, and athletic drills—all designed to boost endurance, burn fat, and build functional strength. And yes, we keep it fun with team challenges and games that make you forget you’re working out. All levels welcome—just bring your energy!
